There are an endless list of amazing Apps out there to choose from.

1. TripCase

TripCase App

This is a one-stop-shop for organsing your trip and keeping all important documents in one place. Definitely my #1 must-have travel App!

You can add items individually within the App or simply forward your confirmation email to them and they automatically add it to your itinerary! Doesn’t get much easier than that.

WHY I LOVE IT:

This must-have travel App provides up-to-date information (as long as you’re online) about any changes to your travel itinerary, for example if your gate changes or your flight is delayed

It also works offline so it’s a handy place to double check your flight times and hotel reservations

Keep track of flights, hotel bookings, car rentals, activities, and much more in one handy place!

2. Maps Me

Maps.Me App

This free App give you detailed offline maps and navigation

Just download the maps you’ll need before you travel and you’ll never get lost again!

Definitely a must-have travel App for those wanting to explore a new place!

3. XE Currency

XE Currency App

I don’t know about you but I’m terrible at;

a) Remembering the exchange rate, and
b) Calculating it on the fly!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Reliable, up-to-date exchange rates (from the last time you were online)

Super easy interface that calculates any amount for you in seconds

Store up to 10 currencies at a time, so it’s super handy if you’re visiting multiple countries in one trip!

4. TripAdvisor

TripAdvisor App

I’m sure this one isn’t really new to you since it’s probably the ultimate must-have travel App

I rarely book anything these days without skimming through other travellers’ reviews and often add my own reviews too

TripAdvisor has come a long way since the early days and now offers price comparisons across loads of booking sites, you can find and make reservations at restaurants, and discover places near your current location

WHY I LOVE IT:

Honest feedback from other travellers is so reassuring and helps you decide if the place is right for you

Plan ahead and save your favourite ideas under MyTrips

They provide destination maps and guides that you can use offline once you download them

5. Google Translate

Google Translate App

This has got to be one of the coolest things around! Forget your phrase books, Google Translate has it all!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Download the languages you’ll need before you go and use it offline (59 languages)

Translate printed text by taking a photo! You’ll no longer struggle with street signs or menus (37 languages)

Having a conversation with someone who doesn’t speak your language through this must-have travel app is so amazing!

6. Google Drive

Google Drive App

There’s nothing worse than losing important documents (keep that passport safe guys!!)

Having a copy of those documents available in the cloud is the easiest way to make sure you don’t get stuck in a pinch

Scan your passport, drivers licence and other photo ID and upload it to a folder on your drive, and keep copies of your itinerary and booking confirmations for easy access
